RECIPE : Pineapple Habanero Cheese Balls
- 4 oz Cream Cheese
- 1/4 cup Kudzu Kottage Pineapple Habanero jam
- 5.3 oz Boursin cheese
- 1 cup of pecans, chopped and toasted
- Crackers
Beat cream cheese, Boursin until creamy. Mix in Kudzu Kottage Pineapple Habanero jam and stir in 1/2 cup chopped toasted pecans. Form into a ball. Wrap in plastic wrap and chill for at least one hour. Then roll in remaining 1/2 cup of toasted pecans and serve.
