Shipping policy

At Kudzu Kottage, we aim to provide a variety of shipping options.  We typically use USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate Boxes:

• A Medium box with 1-6 jars of jam or 3 gift crates - approximately $14
• A Large box with 7-10 jars of jam or 4 or 5 gift crates - approximately $20

The final shipping price may be lower for certain orders depending on shipping address, e.g. many locations in the Atlanta area. 

If the price of shipping when sent is lower than shown on your original order, the amount will automatically be reduced to reflect that. Equally, if the amount is higher, the amount will be adapted but we will contact you first to confirm.

The time frame for order delivery is divided into two parts:

• Processing Time: Order verification, tailoring, quality check and packaging. Orders are typically processed within 3-5 days. There can be exceptions to this when the owner is traveling. 
• Shipping Time: US orders are shipped by US Postal Service Priority Mail. Shipping times will vary by destination and can be checked on www.usps.com. International delivery usually takes about 15–30 business days depending on the destination.

7oz jars of jam and Gift Crates will usually be shipped in USPS Priority Mail Flat Rate boxes. For large orders or the order of any Gift Baskets, the shipping will be amended accordingly to accommodate the size of the order.  We will contact you if there are any questions or major changes to shipping fees.
